Here’s a basic guide to ordering your wonderful prints!

Sizes - are the most commonly found picture frame sizes.

Non-Standard Sizes - are special sizes that may be more difficult to find frames for. Custom framing is sometimes an option when you have trouble finding suitable frames for these unique sizes.

Cropping - Most photo print sizes aren’t the same ratio as they were when they came off the camera. It's a rude shock to discover that your photo won't fit all print sizes without surgery. On my website, you're empowered with your own knife. You can specify which portion of the photo to print, right there in the shopping cart.

Glossy Finish - Images printed on glossy papers have a shiny, vibrant, sharp finish. On the down side, gloss is very susceptible to fingerprints and smudges. Gloss paper also produces a significant glare when viewed at an angle.

Matte Finish - Images printed on photo matte papers appear soft and non-reflective, not shiny. A matte finish is thicker and is specially formulated for photos. Matte is also finger print resistant. The downside of matte paper is that photos can appear grainy and colors are less vibrant. There is also a texture that is present on matte photo finishes as opposed to gloss finishes.

Lustre Finish – Lustre finish produces the best of both worlds. You get the vibrant colors of a gloss finish with the fingerprint resistance of a matte finish. You will also notice significantly less glare when looking at lustre at an angle, compared to a gloss print. Lustre has a satin like surface with a moderate texture that is visible when viewed at the correct angle.

Canvas Prints - Printed on heavy duty PremierArt Water Resistant Canvas, then finished with a dry lamination process that is UV and water resistant, the canvas prints will make a beautiful addition to your home or office.

Rolled Canvas – Rolled canvas prints are more affordable than our Wrapped Canvas Prints, because they are not mounted on a wooden frame. Your rolled canvas will come with extra canvas on the edges to provide many framing options. The Rolled Canvas Prints ship in very sturdy tubes.

Wrapped Canvas - The canvas is stretched and then wrapped over a 1 3/8" thick wooden frame. Your photo extends to cover the sides of the frame for a beautiful presentation. The outer edge of your photo will be used for the sides of the frame, not all of your photo will be visible when an admirer views it from the front.

Find your photo session in the list of galleries, enter the provided password provide (if applicable) and see how great your photos came out! When you’re ready to purchase photos, just hit buy above the photo and you will get all the shopping cart options including buying the whole gallery, individual photos, etc. My site is hosted by smugmug.com and they have made it easy to crop your photos for your desired print size right in the shopping cart as stated above. Just drag your photo around until you get it where you like it, and just like that you’re done. Follow the on screen instructions to finish up your order!
